Our work level standards outline the critical performance expectations for every role.
They describe our expectations for the skills, responsibilities and behaviours of each band, executive level or technical specialist role. You'll need to consider them whether you are transitioning from the Australian Public Service (APS) or are new to a government role.
When you apply for a position with us, address the relevant core capabilities in your job application résumé and cover letter. If you reach the interview stage, be prepared to share examples that show these capabilities during an interview.
