AFP employee charged
An AFP senior executive employee will appear in a Queensland court on Friday, 1 August, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (low range), contrary to section 79 of the Transport Operations (Road User Management) Act 1995.
The employee was charged by Queensland Police on Friday, 25 July, 2025.
The AFP has initiated an internal investigation in line with the AFP’s integrity framework.
The AFP is committed to transparency.
