AFP employee charged in Victoria
An AFP employee is scheduled to appear in the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court today (6 June, 2025).
The AFP employee was charged by Victoria Police on 5 March, 2025, with one count of driving whilst suspended, contrary to section 30(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 (VIC), and one count of driving an unregistered vehicle, contrary to section 7(1)(a) of the Road Safety Act 1986 (VIC).
The AFP is committed to transparency.
