Staff surveys
We're committed to maintaining a healthy workplace culture where our people feel safe, connected, respected and engaged.
Each year we conduct an all staff survey, enabling our people to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve. It also keeps us accountable and enables us to track our efforts against areas of improvement.
The survey collects information from our employees on important topics in the workplace, including:
- leadership
- health and wellbeing
- engagement, commitment, loyalty and satisfaction
- experiences within the AFP workplace.

2023
In 2023 we launched our In Focus survey series, running every 2 years it is shorter and delves deeper into key issues raised in the previous survey.
The 2023 staff survey focused on employee wellbeing. Survey results will help us to better understand the current environment and the role of organisational factors on health and wellbeing.
